ShoreStation Announces Grand Prize Winner For 'Your Summer. Simplified.'

This summer, ShoreStation, a marine industry leader well known for their boat lift and dock systems, introduced a campaign and contest titled 'Your Summer. Simplified.' The contest and campaign, encouraged ShoreStation enthusiasts to submit their treasured moments on the water for a chance to win big. The contest culminated on October 9th when ShoreStation customer, Annie Hultgren was named the Grand Prize Winner.

'Your Summer. Simplified.' kicked off on Memorial Day (May 29th, 2017) with qualifying winners chosen at random throughout the summer. Among these qualifying winners, a total of five contestants were announced as a 'Top 5 Finalist' and went on to compete for the opportunity to win ShoreStation products valued at $5,000. The Grand Prize Winner was determined by a public vote held on the ShoreStation Facebook page, where followers could 'LIKE' their favorite contest entry before voting commenced on October 9th.

This year's Grand Prize Winner, Annie Hultgren, will be able to choose from various ShoreStation dock and boat lift accessories, to upgrade her shorefront. An award presentation of the grand prize and product(s) install will take place in Spring 2018, at Annie's lake home.

Annie Hultgren had this to say about the announcement. "My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed the contest and are extremely honored and grateful to have won the grand prize." Hultgren went on to say, "We are excited to order a set of ShoreSteps for our two water-loving Labradors to use getting in and out of the water, as well as a few extra sections for our dock. Thank you, ShoreStation!"

Enhancing summer moments, time spent with family and friends on the water and engaging with devoted waterfront enthusiasts has been an overall goal for ShoreStation Chief Product Officer, Jon Devitt. "We went into this contest with a goal in mind, to thank our loyal ShoreStation customers and give prospective customers the opportunity to win new products as well," said Devitt. ShoreStation launched the campaign and accompanying contest, to further promote making summer memories on the water. From enjoying moments relaxing with family and friends or floating with the currents, to reeling in the catch of the day, ShoreStation's waterfront lifestyle products help users create those memories.
